I am a business services professional with over 20 years experience in Intellectual Property. I have managed people, process and projects in private practice and in a large international law firm. My background is in managing docketing solutions, paralegals and formalities teams. I was part of a management team and worked with Accounts, IT, HR, business development and attorneys/stakeholders.
I am CIPA and CITMA qualified (Paralegal qualifications) and specialised in patents and designs from filing through to grant/registration. I have a keen interest in where technology can play a part in delivering efficient solutions.
